Seeking a skilled Deaf / Hard of Hearing Specialist for a contract position in a school setting located in Harrison, TN. This role is ideal for professionals with experience supporting students who are deaf or hard of hearing, ensuring they have access to equitable educational opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored for deaf and hard of hearing students.
• Provide direct support using specialized communication strategies such as sign language and assistive listening devices.
• Collaborate with general education staff, speech therapists, and families to foster an inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional methods as needed to maximize academic achievement.

Qualifications and Experience:
