This position seeks a qualified Deaf / Hard of Hearing Specialist to support students within a school setting. The role is based in Grandview, MO, and operates on a contract basis, providing an opportunity to apply specialized skills in an educational environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and develop individualized education plans for students who are deaf or hard of hearing.
• Implement communication strategies, including sign language and assistive listening devices, to enhance learning.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure students' needs are met.

Qualifications:
