  • Understanding of diverse communication methods, including American Sign Language (ASL), total communication, and assistive technologies
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with educators, families, and students
  • Experience designing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and implementing accommodations
  • Ability to travel to assigned school sites as needed
