A school in Anchorage, AK is seeking a skilled Deaf / Hard of Hearing Specialist for a contracted position. This role focuses on supporting students who are deaf or hard of hearing, providing specialized instruction and services to enhance their educational experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assess students hearing-related needs and develop tailored educational plans
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to implement effective communication strategies
