Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Successful completion of a state-approved counselor preparation program.
• Eligibility to obtain the Virginia license or endorsement required for school counseling.
• Strong commitment to student confidentiality and all applicable school and district policies.

Key Responsibilities:
