Qualifications and Desired Experience

• Masters degree in school counseling or closely related field required
• State certification or licensure as a school counselor (or eligibility)
• Previous experience in an educational or youth-focused setting preferred
• Proficiency in crisis intervention, student assessments, and case documentation
• Ability to build rapport with diverse groups of students and staff
• Strong organizational skills and attention to confidentiality

Key Duties and Responsibilities
