• Valid state licensure or certification for school counseling

• Compassionate, culturally sensitive, and student-focused approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to address students academic, social, and emotional needs
• Develop and deliver guidance curriculum supporting college and career readiness
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student success
• Identify and respond to students experiencing academic or emotional difficulties
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with school policies and confidentiality guidelines
• Participate in school meetings, staff development, and professional learning opportunities
• Support anti-bullying and positive behavior programs
• Refer students and families to community resources when needed
