Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid counselor certification/licensure for the state of Alabama (or eligibility to obtain)
- Masters degree in counseling or related field
- Experience delivering counseling services in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to confidentiality, ethical practices, and cultural sensitivity
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling to students addressing academic, social, and emotional needs
- Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive counseling programs

- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, offering guidance on student development
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with school policies and regulations
