Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with guidance curriculum, behavior management, and academic planning

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address academic, social, and emotional needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student achievement and well-being
• Develop and implement programs to foster positive behavior and mental health
• Assist students in setting goals and creating plans for educational success
• Identify at-risk students and connect them with appropriate resources
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school-wide initiatives
