Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in School Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Current state licensure or certification as a School Counselor
• Experience working with children and adolescents in an educational setting
• Strong understanding of counseling strategies, crisis intervention, and ethical guidelines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities and a genuine passion for student advocacy
