Step into a meaningful role supporting students mental health and well-being across multiple schools in the San Francisco area. This contract opportunity focuses on Educationally Related Mental Health Services (ERMHS) and is open exclusively to bilingual Spanish-speaking counselors with an active Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) number. Youll work with a diverse caseload, travel between campuses, and make a tangible difference for students from early childhood through transition programs.

Key Qualifications:

• Must be bilingual in Spanish (this is a strict requirement for interviews).
• Active BBS registrationeither fully licensed (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) or Associate (AMFT, ASW, APCC) actively accruing supervised clinical hours toward full licensure.
• Masters or Doctoral degree in counseling, social work, or a related field.
• At least 3,000 hours of supervised clinical experience (if seeking licensure).
• Previous ERMHS or school-based counseling experience is a plus.
• Ability to provide two completed supervisor references post-interview.
• Must pass mandatory Live Scan background check.

What Youll Do:

• Deliver direct mental health services and support to students in itinerant, district-wide settings.
• Travel between up to three school sites, providing counseling and intervention to a varied student population.
• Collaborate with educational staff, families, and external providers to develop and implement student treatment plans.
• Maintain precise, timely documentation for compliance with district and state guidelines.
• Thrive in a diverse, multicultural school environment, serving as a trusted resource for students and their families.
