• Ability to build rapport with students, families, and staff
• Familiarity with counseling frameworks, student assessments, and crisis intervention

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to help students manage academic, emotional, and social challenges
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to support students well-being and academic success
• Develop and implement intervention strategies for students in need
• Facilitate classroom guidance lessons on topics like peer relationships, bullying prevention, and career exploration
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on student support plans
• Respond to crises, offering immediate assistance and making referrals as needed
