Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Counseling, School Counseling, or a related field
• Valid counseling credential or license required
• Experience working with children or adolescents in an educational setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
• Solid understanding of counseling techniques, student guidance, and crisis intervention
• Flexibility and adaptability in a school environment

What Youll Do:

• Provide individual and group counseling services to students addressing social, emotional, and academic issues
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop student support strategies
• Deliver classroom guidance lessons on topics such as bullying, conflict resolution, and career exploration
• Conduct crisis intervention and support as needed
• Maintain accurate confidential records and documentation
• Participate in school meetings, student support teams, and professional development activities
