  • Valid state certification or licensure as a school counselor

  • Ability to develop rapport with students, staff, and families
  • Familiarity with crisis intervention, confidentiality standards, and student support planning

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group counseling for students on academic, social, and emotional concerns
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to address students needs
  • Develop and implement programs promoting positive behavior and mental wellness
  • Conduct assessments and maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions
  • Respond effectively to crises and provide appropriate support and referrals
