A full-time Elementary School Counselor position is available for a 12-week leave coverage starting as soon as possible until the end of the school year. This role is based in Neenah, WI, supporting one elementary school within the district. The ideal candidate holds a valid Wisconsin School Counselor License and has experience working with elementary-aged students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling services to elementary students, addressing social, emotional, and academic needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to develop supportive strategies for student success
• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions
• Assist in crisis intervention and student conflict resolution
• Support the schools overall wellness initiatives and promote a positive school climate

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Wisconsin School Counselor License required
• Proven experience as a school counselor, preferably in an elementary school setting
