• Proficiency with recordkeeping and confidentiality requirements

Core responsibilities:

• Provide counseling services addressing academic, personal, behavioral, and social development
• Develop and implement programs to promote positive school climates and student well-being
• Assist with conflict resolution, peer mediation, and support for students facing challenges
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with all regulations
• Coordinate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Facilitate small group sessions and classroom presentations on relevant topics
• Respond to crisis situations and participate in intervention planning
• Contribute insights during staff meetings and student support teams
