Qualifications and Experience Desired:

• Active, valid state licensure or certification as a school counselor
• Previous experience working with school-age children or adolescents
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students, families, and staff
• Ability to provide social-emotional guidance and crisis intervention as needed
• Capability to implement interventions, design programs, or lead small groups
• Comfortable collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and small group counseling services tailored to student needs
• Assist in the development and implementation of programs focused on student success and mental wellness
• Consult with educators, administrators, and families to address barriers to learning
