Required Skills & Experience:
- Current credential or licensure as a School Counselor (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience working with K-12 students in an educational or counseling capacity

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with staff, students, and families
- Proficiency in developing guidance curriculum and supporting social-emotional learning initiatives
Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with educators and administrators to identify student needs and implement support plans
- Provide crisis intervention and conflict resolution when necessary
- Guide students through academic planning, goal setting, and future readiness
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with school policies and legal guidelines
- Conduct parent meetings and communicate student progress as needed
