• Familiarity with best practices in student development, crisis intervention, and conflict resolution
• Skilled in developing and implementing individual and group counseling programs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to address academic, emotional, and social needs
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement effective support plans
• Assist students in developing coping skills, problem-solving abilities, and academic strategies
• Help mediate conflicts and provide crisis intervention when needed
• Guide students through career planning and post-secondary options
• Maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with school and legal guidelines
