  • Consult with teachers, parents, and outside agencies to craft effective intervention and support plans
  • Respond to student crises and support school-wide crisis management efforts
  • Facilitate workshops or classroom presentations on topics such as study skills, bullying prevention, and career exploration
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
