  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach
  • Demonstrated ability to support students from diverse backgrounds
  • Proficiency in crisis intervention, conflict resolution, and group facilitation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide counseling services that address academic, social, and personal challenges facing students
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to promote student well-being
  • Create and implement preventive programs focused on supporting student mental health
  • Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of student sessions
  • Assist students in developing effective coping strategies, setting goals, and navigating transitions
  • Respond to critical incidents and provide crisis intervention when necessary
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized plans for students in need
