Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to students

• Conduct risk assessments and crisis interventions as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success
• Facilitate referrals to outside agencies or community partners when appropriate
• Participate in the development and implementation of school-wide initiatives to improve climate and well-being
• Maintain accurate and confidential records
