• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of counseling techniques, crisis intervention, and student support resources

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions addressing academic, social, and emotional needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop intervention plans and ensure student success
• Facilitate workshops to support students with study skills, career planning, or college readiness
• Respond promptly to student crises and offer appropriate interventions or referrals
• Maintain detailed and confidential records in accordance with school and legal requirements
• Support school-wide programs that foster a safe and inclusive learning environment
• Participate in IEP/504 meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams, as needed
