Desired Qualifications:

• Current state certification or licensure as a School Counselor
• Graduate degree in School Counseling, Counseling, or a related field

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling that promotes student development, well-being, and academic success

• Assist students with academic planning, goal setting, and transitions between grade levels or post-secondary pursuits
• Address issues such as bullying, attendance, social skills, and crisis intervention
• Facilitate and coordinate interventions for students requiring additional support
• Maintain accurate, confidential records and prepare reports as needed
