Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to address personal, academic, and behavioral issues
• Develop and implement intervention strategies to support student success
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote a positive school climate
• Conduct crisis intervention and refer to outside resources when necessary
• Organize and lead social-emotional learning programs and workshops
• Maintain confidential student records and document progress
