Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group counseling to address students academic, social, and emotional needs
  • Assess student concerns and develop action plans in partnership with faculty and families
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create supportive learning environments
  • Deliver proactive classroom guidance lessons on topics such as peer relationships, stress management, and goal-setting
  • Respond to crisis situations and provide guidance on sensitive issues
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with school and district policies
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training
  • Support students in navigating transitions, academic challenges, and personal growth
