A school district in Dudley, MA, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Counselor to support the social, emotional, and academic development of students. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students addressing academic, social, and emotional challenges
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop interventions and support plans

- Facilitate workshops and classroom guidance lessons on topics such as conflict resolution, study skills, and career planning

Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters degree in School Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Relevant state certification or licensure as a School Counselor
- Experience working with diverse student populations in a school environment
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and confidentiality
- Knowledge of counseling theories, techniques, and best practices in education
