• Strong organizational and case management abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to address academic, career, and emotional needs
• Develop and implement counseling interventions and prevention programs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to promote students well-being
• Assist students with course planning, college or career readiness, and goal setting
• Respond to crises and provide appropriate support resources
• Maintain confidential records and documentation for each student
• Advocate for a safe, inclusive, and positive school climate
