Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid state certification as a school counselor (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous counseling experience in a school environment preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address students academic, social, and emotional needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop student support plans
• Support crisis intervention and conflict resolution as necessary
• Participate in school-wide initiatives that promote mental health, well-being, and student success
• Maintain accurate student records and prepare required reports in a timely manner
• Provide resources and referrals to outside services as appropriate
