Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate counseling programs and workshops
- Facilitate individual and small group counseling sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to address students needs
- Assist with crisis intervention and conflict resolution as necessary
- Contribute to the development and implementation of 504 and IEP plans

- Maintain accurate documentation of services and progress
