Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid school counseling certification or state licensure (as required)
- Previous experience working in a K-12 school environment preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Compassionate, patient, and skillful in handling confidential situations
- Proficiency with documentation and case management
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual and group counseling to address academic, emotional, and social needs
- Develop and implement programs that foster positive student development and resilience
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to identify student needs and create action plans
- Maintain detailed, confidential records in compliance with school and legal standards
- Serve as a resource and advocate for students navigating personal or academic challenges
