Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to identify student needs and create action plans
  • Maintain detailed, confidential records in compliance with school and legal standards
  • Serve as a resource and advocate for students navigating personal or academic challenges
