Qualifications and Experience:

• Proficiency with documentation and case management

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual and group counseling to address academic, emotional, and social needs
• Develop and implement programs that foster positive student development and resilience
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to identify student needs and create action plans
• Maintain detailed, confidential records in compliance with school and legal standards
• Serve as a resource and advocate for students navigating personal or academic challenges
