Desired Qualifications:

• Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Oklahoma
• Previous experience supporting school-aged children (K-12) strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of school-based occupational therapy best practices
• Exceptional communication, organization, and teamwork abilities
• Adaptable, positive attitude, and comfortable working in dynamic educational environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect occupational therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
• Collaborate with a supervising Occupational Therapist and participate in student support teams
• Maintain accurate student records, documentation, and progress reports
• Support teachers and families with practical strategies to help students thrive
• Adapt interventions to meet diverse needs within both one-on-one and group settings
