This contract opportunity offers a full-time schedule of 35 hours weekly, engaging with young learners and contributing your expertise where it matters most. Qualifications:

• Current, active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in Pennsylvania
• Experience in school-based settings preferred, including knowledge of K-12 caseload management
• Background in healthcare or home health occupational therapy is a plus
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive environment for students of diverse backgrounds and abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to a varied caseload of K-12 students
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Document progress and adapt interventions to meet each students unique needs
• Promote skill development in areas such as fine motor coordination, sensory integration, and activities of daily living
• Support student participation and success within the school community
