What Youll Bring:

• Active Connecticut COTA certification.
• Demonstrated recent experience in a school-based setting.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with teachers, staff, and families.
• Ability to work effectively across a diverse K-12 caseload.

Your Daily Impact:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services for students, aligned with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and goals.
• Collaborate with licensed occupational therapists, teachers, and support staff to develop, implement, and monitor student progress.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development.
• Document interventions, maintain accurate records, and report progress to relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in supporting classroom modifications and accommodations that promote student success.
• Educate and involve families in student goals and therapeutic plans.
• Maintain ethical standards and compliance with all school, district, and state guidelines.
