- Excellent interpersonal communication to work cohesively with students, staff, and families

Core Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized therapy programs under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Support students in developing functional, academic, and social skills through targeted activities
- Adapt classroom tools and materials to maximize accessibility and participation for all learners
- Accurately collect data to track student progress and assist with required documentation
- Collaborate with fellow staff and special education professionals on strategies and interventions
- Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences as requested
