Qualifications & Experience:

  • Hold active licensure as Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)
  • Commitment to best practices within pediatric and school-based occupational therapy

  • Flexibility in serving a variety of student needs and age groups
  • Prior experience in schools or pediatric settings is valued, though not required

Role Responsibilities:

  • Support students participation in academic and daily living activities through tailored occupational therapy interventions
  • Assess and document students needs, progress, and outcomes according to school standards
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and parents to design and implement IEP-based goals and strategies
  • Provide direct and consultative services in both individual and group settings
  • Adapt therapy approaches based on caseload dynamics, student feedback, and data-driven decision-making
