Qualifications:

• Must hold a current Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license.

• Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus, but not required.
• Commitment to fostering student independence and participation in educational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals and district guidelines.
• Assess and document students needs, abilities, and progress.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to each student's unique strengths and challenges.
• Consult with teachers and staff to support student access to the curriculum.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals.
• Manage a caseload that may include a variety of ages and developmental stages.
