Job Description

Step into an impactful contract opportunity supporting elementary students as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with a dedicated team for the upcoming school year. Youll deliver meaningful interventions and personalized care in a vibrant educational setting. Position Details:

  • Contract, full-time role working Monday through Friday
  • Work hours: 8:00AM 3:30PM
  • Academic calendar: August 13, 2026 through June 9, 2027
  • Onsite at an elementary campus with an engaging caseload
  • Interview process via Zoom for your convenience

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Current, active COTA licensure in California
  • Previous school-based COTA experience required
  • Experience with elementary students highly valued
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and implement therapy interventions in a school environment
  • Reliable, proactive, and organized approach to managing caseloads

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy interventions to support student participation and success
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy activities
  • Adapt strategies to meet diverse student needs
