This part-time opportunity is ideal for a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with school-based experience, supporting an elementary caseload. Located in Torrance, CA, this contract position offers 20-25 hours per week with an immediate start and commitment through June 12, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to elementary students in a school setting
• Collaborate with educators and other staff to implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments and document student progress
• Participate in meetings and communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and therapists
• Maintain compliance with school policies and state regulations

Qualifications:

• Active California COTA license
• Previous experience working within a school-based setting
• Strong understanding of pediatric occupational therapy principles
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
