This role focuses on delivering direct services as part of a collaborative OT team, supporting student growth and success throughout the academic year. Position Highlights:
- Full school-year contract, from mid-August to late May
- Work closely with an experienced OT team, delivering individualized direct services according to student needs
- Engage in a variety of tasks, including report writing, progress monitoring, and effective communication with teachers and families
- Itinerant role serving students across multiple campuses
- On-site only, ensuring hands-on interaction and collaboration
- Single position available, offering dedicated support within the team
- 37.5 hours per week to immerse yourself in a robust educational environment
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active New Mexico COTA licensure required
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy preferred
- Proficiency in documentation, organization, and timely completion of reports
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to adapt to multiple environments and manage a diverse caseload effectively
