Desired Qualifications:

• Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain upon offer
• Previous experience in a school, pediatric, or educational setting preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services in accordance with students IEPs
• Assist registered occupational therapists with assessment, documentation, and implementation of customized treatment plans
• Support students in developing fine motor, sensory integration, self-care, and organizational skills
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to facilitate student participation in classroom activities
• Maintain thorough, timely records of sessions, progress, and outcomes
• Engage in team meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of effective therapy programs
