Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Current, active COTA license in the state of Massachusetts
• Previous experience working with school-aged children or within educational settings preferred
• Knowledge of IEPs and ability to implement therapy goals
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Ability to adapt to different student needs and provide creative interventions

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to a caseload of 6-8 students in accordance with their IEP goals
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, teachers, and other school staff
• Record and monitor student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Support students fine motor skills, sensory needs, and functional activities throughout the school day
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing educational planning
