What Were Looking For:

• Active COTA certification, with valid credentials for school-based practice
• Experience providing occupational therapy in school or pediatric environments
• Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
• Adaptable to a variety of caseloads and age groups within a school setting
• Understanding of best practices in service delivery for students with physical, developmental, or learning disabilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement occupational therapy interventions, as outlined in individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Assist with screenings, assessments, and progress monitoring for students
• Collaborate with OTs, educators, support staff, and families to maximize student access to the curriculum
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings
• Provide direct and consultative support to students across assigned schools
