Qualifications:
- Valid COTA certification and eligibility for practice in Washington State
- Previous experience in school settings preferred
- Solid understanding of therapeutic strategies for pediatric populations
- Excellent communication and record-keeping skills
- Strong teamwork and organizational abilities
Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy interventions according to student IEPs under OTR supervision
- Work across different school sites with varied caseloads and age groups
- Support students with a range of physical, developmental, and sensory processing needs
- Document progress, collaborate with staff, and participate in IEP meetings
- Contribute to a collaborative, student-focused environment
