Qualifications & Experience:

• Active COTA licensure in California (or eligibility to obtain)
• Prior experience working with school-aged children or within school environments preferred

• Excellent communication and organization abilities
• Sensitivity to students individual needs and diverse backgrounds
• Knowledge of relevant documentation and data collection practices

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Implement established occupational therapy plans under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist
• Provide direct support to students to increase participation in classroom routines and activities
• Assist with assessments, data collection, and progress documentation
• Adapt materials and modify activities to meet individual student goals
• Support inclusive practices and accommodations within the classroom
• Engage in collaborative team meetings to tailor intervention strategies
• Contribute to a nurturing, positive school environment
