Qualifications & Experience:
- Active COTA license in the state of California.
- Previous experience working with children or adolescents, especially in school or pediatric settings.

- Ability to implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and adapt interventions to fit each students needs.
- Organized, reliable, and flexible, with a commitment to fostering student independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, supporting each students specific goals.
- Assist with assessment and documentation, tracking student progress and helping adjust plans as needed.
- Utilize activities and exercises to improve students fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily functioning within the classroom.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to implement strategies that accommodate diverse learning needs.
- Encourage and motivate students to participate in sessions, building their confidence and abilities.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute input for annual meetings and progress reports.
