Qualifications & Desired Skills:

• Current COTA certification and required state credentials
• Experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Understanding of various types of disabilities and interventions tailored for school-aged students
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Passion for supporting students in achieving functional and academic goals
• Adaptability and commitment to a flexible contract role

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students under supervision of an OTR
• Support the evaluation, implementation, and monitoring of therapy plans
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and family members to address student needs
• Document progress and adjust interventions as required
• Serve multiple schools and age groups as assigned, with caseload details provided upon placement
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the IEP process
