An exciting full-time COTA opportunity is available in Wilmington, MA, working within a school setting focused on a PreK caseload. This contract position offers engaging work with young learners, providing occupational therapy services to support their developmental needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services tailored to PreK students, promoting improved functional skills and participation in school activities.
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to design and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation on student progress and therapy sessions in compliance with school and regulatory standards.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of inclusive educational strategies.
• Adapt therapy techniques to meet the diverse needs of children within the school environment.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential.
• Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
• Ability to organize caseloads and manage time efficiently in a school setting.
• Knowledge of pediatric occupational therapy interventions and school-based practices.
