Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy interventions as outlined in students Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and under the direction of the OT
  • Assist with assessments by collecting data and documenting student performance
  • Support the development of fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills to help students succeed in the classroom
  • Maintain comprehensive records and communicate progress effectively with the educational team
  • Contribute to IEP meetings with observations and recommendations, when requested
  • Set up therapy spaces and resources, ensuring safety and accessibility at all times
