Key Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed Occupational Therapist in delivering therapy services based on IEP and 504 plans
• Work with students individually or in small groups to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and self-care abilities
• Implement prescribed therapeutic activities and exercises as directed
• Collect data on student progress and report findings for evaluation and planning
• Maintain detailed, timely records and documentation for compliance
• Communicate regularly with educators and parents to ensure consistent support strategies
