Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Valid COTA license in Oklahoma
  • Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children (K-12)
  • Knowledge of IEP processes and therapy documentation
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt therapy approaches for diverse learning needs
  • Reliable, organized, and self-motivated

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy sessions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
  • Support the implementation of IEP goals and modifications within the classroom
  • Assist in developing therapy materials and adapt classroom activities
  • Document student progress, participation, and goal attainment accurately
  • Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and the multidisciplinary team
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights on student progress
  • Promote student independence in self-care, organization, and classroom participation
